Kelly provides therapy and assessment services in English to children and adolescents under the supervision of Dr. Caroline Sullivan and Dr. Krista Kiiffner. Her areas of practice include anxiety, depression, trauma, and emotional and behavioural dysregulation. She also conducts psycho-diagnostic and psycho-educational assessments. While her orientation is primarily cognitive-behavioral, she also pulls from trauma-informed, interpersonal, collaborative problem-solving, and dialectical-behavioural approaches. Using this blend of approaches, she works collaboratively with youth and their families to offer psychoeducation and validation and to provide concrete strategies. She has worked in a range of hospitals, schools, and community mental health settings. In 2020, Kelly completed her pre-doctoral internship at the Waterloo Region Psychology Consortium. When she completes her dissertation at Concordia University, she will pursue licensure in Ontario.
