Kelly provides therapy and assessment services in English to children and adolescents. Her areas of practice include anxiety, depression, trauma, and emotional and behavioural dysregulation. She also conducts psycho-diagnostic and psycho-educational assessments. While her orientation is primarily cognitive-behavioral, she also pulls from trauma-informed, interpersonal, collaborative problem-solving, and dialectical-behavioural approaches. Using this blend of approaches, she works collaboratively with youth and their families to offer psychoeducation and validation and to provide concrete strategies. She has worked in a range of hospitals, schools, and community mental health settings. In 2020, Kelly completed her pre-doctoral internship at the Waterloo Region Psychology Consortium. Kelly is registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario.
