Our News

CAFCO is committed to continually growing, improving, and finding new ways to support children, teens, adults, and families across our community. Our news highlights recent milestones, collaborations, and initiatives that strengthen the services we provide, with a particular focus on expanding access for Francophone families and enhancing the quality of mental health care across Ontario.

December 2025: CAFCO received support from the Alliance des femmes de la francophonie canadienne through the FrancoZone microgrant program to adapt a sports-based emotional regulation program into French.

September 2025: CAFCO received support from the Government of Ontario through the Francophone Community Grants Program to enhance its capacity to serve Francophone children, teens, and families across Ontario.

January 2025: CAFCO received support from the Bilingual Ottawa Program to adapt a group therapy program into French to better support Francophone families with children and teens experiencing anxiety.

2024: CAFCO relocated from its original site in Sandy Hill and its subsequent additional location on Hunt Club to bring its entire team together under one roof in Alta Vista. Heartfelt thanks go to the communities that have supported CAFCO’s growth over the years. We remain here for you—now in our new location.
