Payment for Services

Payment is due at the end of each session. Receipts will be issued for insurance or income tax purposes. CAFCO accepts payment by credit card only.

Session Rates

Standard therapy sessions are approximately 50–60 minutes in length. Rates vary by clinician and will be discussed at your intake appointment. Below is a general fee guide:

Therapists, Social Workers, Psychotherapists $215–$235/hour
Predoctoral Clinical Psychology Interns $205/hour
Practicum Students (Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology) $165/hour
Recreational Therapists $146.90/hour (incl. HST)
Educational Consultant & Learning Strategist $214.70/hour (incl. HST)
Letters, Report, Disability Tax Credit, etc. Billed at the clinician’s hourly rate.

 

Cancelled and Missed Appointments

Please provide at least 24-48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If your clinician uses online booking, you may cancel via the portal. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be billed in full.
