Hi, it is so nice to meet you! My name is Kaytlin and I take a holistic and collaborative approach when providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families. I believe that it can be difficult to manage and cope with life’s hardships such as anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions, and challenges within our interpersonal relationships. I enjoy working from both an attachment-informed and trauma-informed perspective to help my clients process difficult emotions. I value the uniqueness of each person and tailor therapeutic approaches to best fit individual needs.
As a therapist my goal is to help make these overwhelming feelings more manageable by providing guidance with empathy, compassion, and non-judgmental listening. I have experience working in settings with a variety of clients who present with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, mood disorders and gender related issues.
