Dr. Julie Desjardins, C.Psych.

Director, Psychologist

Dr. Desjardins provides psychological services to children, adolescents, and families in both English and French. Dr. Desjardins’ areas of practice include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), social-emotional assessments, psycho-educational assessments, giftedness and family therapy. Dr. Desjardins’ approach in integrative, within a systemic perspective and with a strong focus on attachment.

In addition to private practice, Dr. Desjardins is also a part-time professor at the University of Ottawa. She is also the Training Director at CAFCO and she supervises PhD students.

Dr. Desjardins completed her pre-doctoral internship at the Centre for Psychological Services and Research and is currently registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario.
