Dominique Roumieh, M.A., C.Psych.

Psychologist

Mr. Roumieh provides psychological services to children, adolescents, adults and seniors in English, French and Arabic. Mr. Roumieh’s areas of practice include, among other topics, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, relationship challenges, emotional and behavioral dysregulation, psycho-educational and psycho-diagnostic assessments and giftedness. Mr. Roumieh’s approach is integrative, within a systemic perspective.

Mr. Roumieh has a Master’s degree in clinical psychology and is specialized in many psychotherapy approaches. He has so far 13 years of experience, in clinical and school psychology and psychotherapy in private and institutional practice (schools, hospitals, and clinics).

Recently, Dominique has developed a keen interest in trauma clinic, exploring the intersection of psychology, neuroscience, and psychoanalysis. Additionally, he has delved into the study of sleep and its impact on mental health. Passionate about continuous learning and staying abreast of emerging research, Dominique remains dedicated to providing comprehensive and effective psychological services to his clients.

Mr. Roumieh is currently registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario and with the Ordre des psychologues du Québec
