DBT Skills Family Group

10-week virtual group for caregivers and youth in grades 9-12

Does your teen struggle with:

Depression, anxiety, intense emotions and mood swings, poor coping skills, impulsive and destructive behaviors, self-injurious and suicidal behaviors, or family and peer conflict?

If your teen is struggling with any of these concerns, our virtual  Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)  skills group can help.

This 10-week program is designed for adolescents and their caregivers to learn evidence-based skills together. Through weekly 90-minute virtual sessions, teens and their caregivers will learn core DBT skills to help them cope with intense emotions, tolerate stress in healthier ways, and be more effective in their interactions with family, friends, and teachers.

The goal of this DBT skills group is to provide practical strategies that will enable your teen to grow and develop. By participating in this group, you  will gain the necessary skills to handle life’s challenges and build stronger relationships.
