Sarah is a recent graduate with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Sociology from St.Francis Xavier University, bringing a strong background in research, data entry, organization, and interpersonal communication. She has experience working in collaborative, professional environments that require attention to detail, confidentiality, and strong administrative skills. She also completed a directed study under Dr. Callaghan, covering psychological literature and the research methods employed in studies of the social-emotional development of children who develop in contexts of adversity, including conflict and forced migration.
She is passionate about psychology and is excited about the opportunity to help others and to foster a warm, welcoming environment that supports all mental health journeys. Sarah hopes to continue her education in the near future, aiming to earn a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and later become a Psychotherapist or Counsellor. In her free time, Sarah likes to cook/bake, spend time with loved ones and friends, and travel.
