Sahej Kaur is a doctoral student in Clinical Psychology at the University of Ottawa. Her research focuses on childhood body image development, particularly the role of parent–child relationships in shaping children’s body image. She has experience working across school board, hospital, and community settings. Sahej strives to provide compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each child’s unique strengths and needs.
