Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Alexandra is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a professional member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). She holds a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology, as well as undergraduate degrees in Health Sciences and Psychology from the University of Ottawa. Alexandra is bilingual and offers services in both French and English.
Alexandra takes a person-centred, biopsychosocial, and neuro-affirming approach to therapy. She integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring her approach to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. She places a strong emphasis on creating a warm, collaborative, and welcoming therapeutic environment where clients feel safe, respected, and supported.
Alexandra works with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults, supporting clients across a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, self-esteem, social challenges, interpersonal relationship difficulties, life transitions and stressors, and overall well-being. She values building genuine connections with clients and approaches her work with authenticity and empathy, while maintaining a goal-oriented focus.
