Art Therapy Workshop

In-person group for teens ages 15-18 diagnosed with Level 1 Autism

Why Art Therapy?

Art therapy is a valuable tool in supporting individuals with autism. It offers a non-verbal means of self-expression, and can build confidence as well as improve communication, emotion regulation, and social skills.

This group provides a great opportunity for youth to connect and interact with peers in a supportive and inclusive environment.
