Sarah is a graduate of the B.A Psychology program at University of Ottawa with a strong passion for mental health education and community support. Sarah has experience working with children and families through her volunteer work at the New Canadian Centre, where she tutored children who were immigrating to Canada.

Sarah is excited to continue growing professionally at CAFCO, gaining valuable insight into the field of psychology while working alongside experienced professionals. In the fall, she will begin her Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, with the goal of one day working with teenagers and supporting youth mental health.

In her free time, Sarah enjoys baking, exploring the city, and trying new workouts.
