Does your teen struggle with perfectionism related to their appearance, athletic performance, or any other area of their life?
This group will use evidence based strategies, including behavioural and mindfulness approaches to help your teen develop skills to cope with and reduce perfectionistic thinking and behaviors. In turn, this will increase their confidence and self-worth.
In this group we discuss topics like:
Each week for nine weeks, a small group of teens will meet virtually for 90 minutes.
The 10th week will be a virtual meeting with the caregivers to review the content of the course and discuss how they can best support their teen.
Each participant will receive a workbook to use throughout the course.
