Our four-session program is tailor-made for adolescents seeking to better understand ADHD and harness strategies for success. Guided by evidence-based practices, our comprehensive approach empowers participants to understand and work in sync with their individual cognitive processes, offering invaluable insights on how to work with their brains rather than against them. The Group Details

  • 4 in-person sessions for teens
  • Thursdays from 6:00 – 7:30pm at 1815 Alta Vista Drive
  • $100 per session
  • Reimbursed by most extended health benefits
