In-person group for teens ages 13-19 experiencing all types of loss.

Are you a teen coping with the death of a parent or sibling?

This group provides a safe and supportive space for youth ages 13-19 to connect and share experiences.

Everyone is welcome, no matter when your loss occurred. While the group has a special focus on the loss of a parent or sibling, we support teens grieving all types of loss.

Before joining, we’ll schedule a brief phone call with you (and a parent/guardian if needed) to answer questions and make sure the group is a good fit.

What We’ll Explore Together:

• Understanding grief and emotions

• Changes to identity after loss

• Navigating relationships with family and friends

• Coping tools and strategies for everyday life

Whenever possible, we’ll divide into younger and older teen groups to allow for age-appropriate discussion
