Nolan Turner

Volunteer

Nolan is a 4th year student pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. In the future, he is interested in working with children and their families as a Registered Clinical Psychologist. Nolan is eager to learn more about the multi-faceted world of psychology and the various assessments that help us better understand and diagnose human behaviour. Nolan is looking forward to fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for children and adolescents during their CAFCO journeys!

Nolan has also authored and presented a poster at the Canadian Psychological Association, focusing on children’s rights. He serves as a volunteer research assistant with the University of Ottawa’s Care Lab, Language and Development Lab, Children’s Well-Being Lab, and the INSITE Lab. Outside of academia, Nolan volunteers at The Ottawa Mission.

In his free time, he enjoys going for walks, mountain biking, and listening to music!
