Kerry Menelas

M.Ed., RP (Qualifying)

Kerry is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a professional member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). He holds a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology from the University of Ottawa and provides psychotherapy services in both English and French.

Kerry works with children, teenagers, young adults, and adults navigating complex life experiences. He believes that therapy begins with a safe, judgement-free, and supportive relationship where clients feel respected and understood. His warm and collaborative style encourages clients to explore their inner strengths and build resilience in the face of challenges.

His clinical experience includes supporting clients with depression, anxiety, social challenges, life transitions, self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, and overall well-being. Kerry uses an integrative approach that combines Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and a systemic perspective. This allows him to tailor his interventions to each client’s unique needs and to encourage meaningful, lasting change.

Kerry believes that every person has strengths and resources within themselves. His role is to help clients recognize and build on these inner resources, moving forward with greater confidence and clarity in their lives.
