Julia is a Master of Social Work candidate at the University of Ottawa and a registered Social Worker (RSW) with the OCSWSSW, offering support fluently in both English and French. She provides diverse psychosocial and relational support to clients ages 0-12, specializing in developmental and relational challenges. Working under the direct supervision of senior clinicians, she is developing expertise in innovative therapeutic modalities to address emotional regulation, anxiety, complex family dynamics, and systemic vulnerability.
Julia’s professional philosophy is grounded in a strengths‑based perspective that highlights each client’s existing resources, skills, and capacities, and an ecological lens that situates individuals within their families, communities, and broader social systems. This combined orientation guides her to collaborate with clients in building on strengths while considering the multiple environmental influences that shape their wellbeing.
