Paige brings a wide skill set to CAFCO. She was originally a Child and Youth worker with a diploma in correctional services, and Paige worked with Ontario’s most vulnerable youth, as well as with chronically homeless and incarcerated women. She has always had a passion for community service, based in her enormous compassion for others.
Having also owned her own business – The Wild Child Project (both the Wild Child Coffee Project – a play café, and the Wild Child Nature Project – a forest school) – Paige knows and understands the workings of running a successful business that is focused on families and community. Paige espouses the key values that makes CAFCO so special: being family-centered and treating each family with the dignity and respect they deserve.
Paige is motivated, efficient, professional, creative, kind and caring, and is an exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
As the Practice Manager, Paige is the backbone of all our internal operations, including managing associates, staff, contracts, policies and procedures, waitlist and case assignments, and much more. As a mother of three children, she is also a master multi-tasker!
Paige is excited to be bringing all these experiences and skills to our dynamic team as our Practice Manager.
