Myriah MacIntyre

Myriah MacIntyre is a queer, Black Caribbean-Indigenous student and researcher. Being a second-year PhD student in clinical psychology at the University of Ottawa, they use an intersectional lens in order to provide equitable, compassionate, and inclusive care to all of their clients. She is eager to work with child, adolescent, and adult populations. As a member of the Laboratory of Culture and Mental Health Disparities, her research focuses on racial trauma, psychedelic-assisted therapy, and the intersectional experiences of 2SLGBTQIA+ populations who are BIPOC.
