Lauren Stenason is a third-year student in the Clinical Psychology PhD program at the University of Ottawa. She provides evidence-based psychological assessment and treatment to children, adolescents, and families in English under the supervision of a licensed psychologist. Lauren has completed training across hospital, school board, and community settings. Her approach to therapy includes both cognitive-behavioural and systemic perspectives with a strong focus on strengths. Lauren’s work with families also extends into the research community, where she focuses on supporting the parenting needs of foster caregivers within child welfare.
