Yoga and Mindfulness

Inga is passionate about everything mind/body-related, and is internationally-trained (Germany, Canada, USA) in psychology, mindfulness, and yoga. She created and guides the Maple Minds Mindfulness Program for CHEO.

She also loves writing, and is a published author of kids yoga and health-related books.
